THE PROBLEM
Available solutions do not provide the benefits of bird’s-eye-view imagery in terms of enhancing the client’s ability to monitor and broadcast. Solutions provided by the family of lightweight stabilized payloads are inconsistent. They are used for fixed-wing vehicles such as small air planes, small helicopters. There is no cost effective bird’s-eye-view (day/night) broadcasting solution being used in the market. Imagery is limited to providers such as satellites, helicopters, fixed-wing/stationary and production companies (using Jib, and cable based cameras). Larger corporations and broadcasting events utilize leasing time/ images from entities such as Goodyear blimp, helicopters, etc. Cost issues are often magnified during un-planned events due to lack of readiness and availability, high maintenance and operational costs of “traditional” products and services.
THE SOLUTION
Our competitive advantage is based on two registered patents in the fields of image stabilization and broadcasting, enabling us to stream real-time video of aerial images (day/night) through the client’s command center and/or broadcasting units in an efficient and cost effective manner. Public safty and commercial users are quickly realizing the advantages of utilizing our mini blimps. Our services are providing them with a higher standard of input and insight, consequently improving their ability to identify objects and minimize response time.
The blimp operates at low altitudes of approximately 500 feet, thereby not interfering with other air operations. The low altitude position of the blimp allows access to observation angles of dense areas as well as better visibility through foggy and cloudy atmospheres. Video information from the optics can be easily transmitted to all static and mobile broadcasting centers. Other Top Eye View applications can provide an online aerial video to field units. These platforms can be simply integrated into existing Architecture, through its video output and other standard protocols used in the market. Our services outperform solutions deployed today by operating the smallest Tethered-Blimp with exceptional optics in order to achieve a superior level of image resolution and transmission.
